We are currently looking for high-energy, friendly, and communicative individuals to join our Sales and Marketing team _Push Opportunities _is currently partnered with some of the largest automotive and green energy clients in the nation, as well as some charities and foundations. As a _Sales Manager Trainee_, you will be helping us foster brand excitement and manage our Sales teams in expanding territories.

**Sales Manager Trainee will**:

- Plan, organize, and run promotional events and retail campaigns across Toronto and GTA.
- Work with business management to coordinate schedules for all promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintain the expected level of weekly closes and meet sales targets.
- Proactively approach customers to educate them on available products and services and effectively grow brand awareness.
- Communicate with customers in-person with the highest level of professionalism, providing an excellent customer service.
- Manifest success, lead by example, supervise team members and assist with training of brand new associates.

**Sales Manager Trainee** **should**:

- Have 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer-focused role, sales role, or promotions/marketing role.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have effective negotiating skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a personal vehicle and a valid drivers license.

**Salary**: $660.00-$750.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
