As a Kitchen Technician Design & Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients visiting our showroom, and in their homes. You will listen, hear, and then interpret their design goals into reality. Your role will involve a combination of sales, consultation, and customer service to ensure that our clients receive and know they, and their vision, are our #1 priority. **Does this sound like you? If yes, then read on.** **What we Offer**: - A rewarding career and compensation package - Team Support - A culture of collaboration and service excellence - Medical/dental benefits - Life and disability insurance **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Present, a welcoming environment by greeting all customers - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals - Present product features, specifications, pricing, and proposals accurately and persuasively in a non-confrontational polite and friendly manner - Follow up on leads in a timely manner - Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets **You Have**: - Proven work experience as a sales representative - Ability to use the phone as the #1 sales tool - Knowledge of cabinetry and kitchen design is an asset - Basic computer skills and the ability to use design software is an asset - Ability to build relationships with clients - Motivated and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Work well in both a team setting and independently - Class 5 Drivers License **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,187.00-$120,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Automobile allowance - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - sales: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-06
