Jack Astor's Scarborough is Hiring enthusiastic and talented Peeps to join our Front of House Team as SERVERS. The best Peeps can create a memorable, unique, and exceptional Guest Experience providing consistent service as we master the Art of Hospitality by delivering an authentic, craveable experience for every Guest, every time.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
- Ability to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift, with approved break periods.
- Ability to hear, understand, and respond to Team Members’ and Guests’ requests in a loud environment.
- Skill and coordination at using hands to write, pour, and/or carry several drinks, plates, and/or bowls at the same time.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
- Available to work all restaurants operating hours based on said set availability.
- Must meet Provincial legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Smart Serve certification is a must.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.Previous serving experience is an asset.
- Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
