We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking a Jr Business Analyst to be a part of our high-achieving, diverse, innovating team.

**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**

Develop and Communicate - Develop and communicate detailed requirements for implementation while maintaining client expectations. Connect business requirements to system functionality to support end user adoption of technology.

Create and Deliver - Create and deliver key change readiness deliverables such as communication and training plans. Understand barriers to end user adoption to formulate a plan to facilitate the transition to the future state.

Collaborate - Work closely with colleagues to understand business and technical needs. Understand how any disruptions will potentially change a project and affect the business. Communicating with team leads to ensure client satisfaction, and provide recommendations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of related Business Analysis experience
- Demonstrated understanding of OCM principles, tools, and templates and strong understanding of project controls
- Has outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Willing to work in office on a discretionary hybrid schedule
- Flexible to work outside regular business hours as required
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
