Job Summary
Coreio is looking for an experienced Jr Business Analyst (documentation) to join our dynamic team to deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions to our internal and external clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Junior Business Analyst to gather, validate, and document various system information and requirements. They will support the SR Manulife BA & documentation specialist to carry out in-depth evaluation and verification of the system capabilities and act as the intermediary between end-users and software developers. The tasks will be mainly for updating existing documentation.

Needs to be in Toronto Office once or twice a week.
- Strong ServiceNow knowledge and experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM is a must, other areas are beneficial but not mandatory)
- Experience in workflow analysis, process design, implementation and re-engineering principles
