This is an opportunity to join a financial planning team within a fast-growing and innovative wealth management firm. Precedence Private Wealth serves clients throughout Canada in all areas of wealth management, providing comprehensive financial planning including insurance, debt planning, accounting and tax advisory and filing, as well as investment services alongside a partnering relationship.

Experience working within a professional accounting services environment will be of value; however, those who have experience within the financial industry, and who are looking to grow into a more specialized role within a financial firm, will also be highly regarded.

This is an in-office opportunity at our Saskatoon office location. **We kindly decline any applicants not located in Saskatoon.**

**Duties**:

- Supporting and facilitating the administrative preparation of T1 and T2 returns and T3, T4 and T5’s.
- Obtaining information required for preparation from CRA Represent a Client, tax packages and reports for investment accounts, mortgage statements, etc.
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets for clients, including calculations and totals for rental, medical and donation items.
- Coordinating and preparing for client drop off meetings as well as administration of the files received at the office.
- Coordinating and facilitating the delivery of the prepared tax file including scheduling meetings, obtaining signatures and completing final steps of filing the T1 return.
- Assisting with the preparation of the written tax plan.
- Preparing CRA reviews and uploading of documents to the CRA.
- Acting as a liaison with the CRA on matters related to client files.
- Managing and responding to client inquiries.

Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
