**Full-Time, Year-Round with Benefits**
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with business units; provide strategic recruiting services to maximize visibility; Maintain a solid understanding of business unit products, business drivers and strategies
- Acts as an expert on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events and professional associations. Develop and network with diverse groups (Schools, Employment Agencies, World Placement Agencies, and Community Partners).
- Partner with the Business Unit Leaders to execute a wider recruiting strategy, internally and externally.
- Organizes, books and attends job fairs and community/international events
- Must be able to travel nationally & internationally
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of 1 year recruitment experience or equivalent operating department experience on resort.
- Must have strong networks within the Hospitality/Recreation or Recruitment industries.
- Sales mentality with an enthusiasm and passion for the resort.
- Able to handle discreet situations confidently and professionally.
- Must be able to work at both onsite and satellite office location in Collingwood.
- Must be able to travel nationally & internationally.
- Driver's license and vehicle required
