**What You Bring**:

- **Minimum of 5+ years of Air Export Experience**:

- **Dangerous Good Certification (IATA) preferred**:

- **Experience handling complex cargo-Dangerous Goods, ITAR, Project Cargo strongly preferred**:

- Experience with Cargowise preferred
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handling export files “A-to-Z”, including: quoting, booking, dispatching, Preparing air freight documents, offering/issuing insurance certificates, tracking, troubleshooting, and invoicing.
- Coordinating freight daily with vendors/agents.
- Participating in department and branch team meetings.
- Rate/contract negotiation.
- Issuing pertinent freight documentation.
- Ensuring appropriate margins are met on shipments.
- Ensuring vendor compliance with Priority’s service standards.
- Maintaining and fostering vendor and client relationships.
- Timely actioning vendor and client requests.
- Uphold and promote Priority Worldwide’s mission to deliver **The Ultimate Customer Experience**.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Salary $50,000CAD-$75,000CAD annually, depending on experience

- Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience en exportation aérienne
- Certification Marchandises Dangereuses (IATA) préférée
- Expérience dans la gestion de cargaisons complexes - Marchandises dangereuses, ITAR, Cargaisons de projet fortement préférée
- Expérience avec CargoWise préférée
- Éligibilité légale à travailler au Canada (citoyen, résident permanent ou permis de travail valide)
- Capacité à s’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et à rester calme sous pression
- Solides compétences en service à la clientèle et en résolution de problèmes

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Gestion complète des dossiers d’exportation « de A à Z », incluant : la cotation, la réservation, la répartition, la préparation des documents de fret aérien, l’offre/émission de certificats d’assurance, le suivi, la résolution de problèmes et la facturation
- Coordination quotidienne du fret avec les fournisseurs/agents
- Participation aux réunions d’équipe du département et de la succursale
- Négociation de tarifs et contrats
- Émission de la documentation de fret pertinente
- Surveillance constante et réponse aux courriels dans les boîtes de réception personnelles et d’exportation
- Assurer des marges appropriées sur les expéditions
- Vérifier la conformité des fournisseurs aux normes de service de Priority
- Maintenir et favoriser les relations avec les fournisseurs et les clients
- Traiter en temps opportun les demandes des fournisseurs et des clients
- Soutenir et promouvoir la mission de Priority Worldwide visant à offrir **l’Expérience Client Ultime**

**Rémunération et avantages**:

- Salaire de 50 000 $ à 75 000 $ CAD par an, selon l’expérience
