**Career Opportunity**

This position will be responsible for scheduling service appointments. Vital to this role would be always handling guest inquiries in an efficient and timely manner, as well as working with other departments to develop prompt guest service communication.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule appointments.
- Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers and achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals as established by the Service Manager.
- Update the CRM with information regarding all verbal communication with customers.
- Enter information in the Appointment Log when an appointment is scheduled.
- Communicate with customers regarding upcoming appointments or concerns.
- Communicate with the Service department.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Fluent in Tamil, strong written and verbal communication
- Organization and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of CDK is a definite asset
- Ability to utilize several different computer programs at one time
- Sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Automotive knowledge is an asset; however, not necessary.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service in a Call Centre environment preferred.
