**Versatility Meets Dance**: Dive into a diverse array of dance styles, from Preschool Combo classes to ballet, tap, jazz, acro, and hip hop. Your role provides flexibility, with class hours varying on weekdays, Saturdays and daytime classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

**Your Responsibilities**: In this pivotal role, you'll guide students through their dance journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Conducting Dance Classes**: Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons according to the curriculum or guidelines provided by the studio.
- **Providing Constructive Feedback**: Offer feedback to students to help them improve their technique, style, and overall performance.
- **Ensuring Safety**: Create a safe dance environment, emphasizing proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Choreographing Routines**: Develop and teach dance routines and choreography for performances, competitions, or recitals.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and studio staff regarding schedules, performances, and any changes.
- **Staying Informed**: Keep abreast of developments in the dance world, trends, and teaching methodologies.
- **Participating in Teacher Training**: Engage in ongoing professional development, attend workshops, and participate in teacher training programs.
- **Assisting in Studio Events**: Support and participate in studio events, performances, and competitions.

**Qualifications**: To shine in this role, you should resonate with our studio's values and possess the following qualifications:

- **Dance Expertise**: Proficiency in specific dance styles relevant to the studio's offerings, such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience as a dance instructor, whether at a studio, school, or workshop.
- **Training in Dance Education**: Possession of a degree or certification in dance, dance education, or a related field.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adjust teaching style to meet the needs and skill levels of diverse students.
- **Patience and Encouragement**: Patience in working with students of varying abilities and ages, coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire. An infectious love for dance, inspiring students wholeheartedly.
- **Professionalism**: Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and studio staff.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday - Evenings
- Wednesday and Thursday - Daytime
- Saturday - Morning

**Experience**:

- **Teaching Experience**: A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a dance instructor.
- **Performance Background**: Strong background in dance performance, either through professional performances or competitions.
- **Training or Certification**: Possession of relevant certifications or training in dance education.
