**Dance Studio Enrollment Coordinator - Inspiring Dreams, Shaping Futures**

The Enrollment Coordinator will partner with the studio owner to ensure that both current and new students feel not only welcomed but also fully informed about the wide array of offerings we have available.**

**Responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Guide prospective students and their families through our dance studio, showcasing our diverse range of classes and programs.
- Assist with inquiries, address concerns, and provide information that resonates with the unique aspirations of each dancer.
- Collaborate with the dance teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition for new students and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of class availability and enrollment status.
- Monitor progress towards enrollment targets and evaluate team performance.
- Generate engaging and informative content to promote our dance studio's offerings.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with students and their families, fostering a sense of belonging within our dance community.
- Contribute to the development of engaging onboarding materials and welcome folders/bags/boxes.
- Collaborate effectively with our studio owner and administrative team on various significant projects and responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential students and their families.
- Initiative to take the lead in directing customer interactions and showcasing the benefits of our dance programs.
- Enjoys creating memorable experiences and guiding families towards their dance aspirations.
- Organizational skills to manage enrollment records and class availability.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed work style, capable of managing time effectively.
- Exhibit the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Be accessible and capable of working remotely and autonomously.
- Passion for dance and an understanding of its transformative power.

**Compensation and Hours**:
As a valued member of our Dance Studio Admin team, you will work as an independent contractor. This arrangement offers flexibility in your schedule while providing the potential for uncapped earnings based on your sales performance. You'll have the freedom to manage your hours in a way that suits your lifestyle, allowing you to balance your passion for dance with your other commitments. Additionally, this position opens doors to networking opportunities within the dance community and offers a platform to grow your sales skills and experience. **Hours Per Week: Starting hours of approximately 5 - 10 hours (with potential to grow into a part time/full time position)**

Pay: Starting wage of $15 - $18 per hour (depending on experience) plus commission.

**Skill Assessment**: Depending on the role, there may be a skill assessment or demonstration required.
