ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Summary

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
- Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand and marketing management
- Work with other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages
- Develop and coordinate new marketing plans and opportunities by performing market analysis within budget requirements
- Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on both competition and similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
- Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for RBRO to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals
- Evaluate the success and ROI of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement
- Analyze potential new products/media as well as new channels to enhance the marketing/communications work of RBRO
- Develop, manage, and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication vehicles
- Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
- Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of all online communication vehicles.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing campaigns.
- Contribute to the content development for target consumers.
- Continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey to optimize conversion rates.
- Will include working with paid search, display, and other paid media along with ABM campaigns.
- Help drive and lead a pipeline generation activity (both inbound and outbound).
- Build, execute and optimize demand gen campaigns
- Other duties as required.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or College Diploma in marketing, sales, or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in Demand Generation, Marketing, or Sales Development
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
- Knowledge of advanced sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end demand and lead generation process, while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
