We are seeking a dynamic sales and service driven Manager, Personal Banking to lead our Courtenay team We are looking for someone who understands what is important to business owners and wants to grow and develop the Personal Banking and Cash Management business in our branch to be in sync with our overall strategic goal. Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from
You’ve got a post-secondary degree or equivalent demonstrated experience. You’ve spent 6 years in banking inclusive of 5 years celebrated sales mentoring and leadership. You possess highly developed relationship building skills and proven capability to articulate customer value with a honed passion for supporting and carrying out sales & coaching initiatives. A Mutual Funds license is required & any small business or commercial banking exposure would be considered an asset.
