**Role: Business System Analyst**

**Location: Toronto,CA**

**Type: Hybrid (2 days a week)**

**Duration: Long-term contract**

5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst

Proven experience working with the Archer platform in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) context.

Understanding of Archer modules relevant to the specific role (e.g., risk management, access control, incident management)

Demonstrated success in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing complex business requirements

In-depth understanding of systems development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identify root cause of problems, develop solutions, address defects and enhance new features

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective collaboration skills to work with development teams

In addition, working from Toronto downtown office mínimal 2 days a week is required
