- **Job Summary**_
- Operating forklifts and packaging stock for inventory and shipping
- Completing the forklift check-list before use, every shift
- Placing stock in inventory, maintaining inventory reports
- Distributing supplies to related departments after receipt
- Weighing loads on scales when necessary
- Preparing orders and delivery slips
- Supplying material for packing, in accordance with customers’ packaging requirements
- Scheduling trucks for inbound and outbound freight
- Organizing pickups
- Printing and installing bar code labels
- Preparing bills of lading and customs documents
- Matching POs with materials and ensuring that material certs are available.
- **Qualifications You Bring to Adamson Systems**_
- A valid forklift operator’s certificate
- Experience with shipping documentation, e.g., packing slips, BOL documentation
- Ability to read planograms and set up merchandise and displays accordingly
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, XA, MAPICS)
- Physically strong enough to bend and lift heavy boxes
- Well-organized and able to think of their feet quickly to resolve issues
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
