We are looking for dependable and motivated **Construction Helpers** to join our team. As a General Contractor working on a wide range of commercial projects, we need individuals who are ready to support our tradespeople on site and contribute to the successful completion of our builds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist skilled trades with daily tasks on construction sites
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Use hand and power tools
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Perform physical labour and other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous construction or general labour experience (required)
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs+ regularly
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
