Part-time Bookkeeper for Computer Service Company
Flexible working hours-20-25 hours /week.
Diploma in accounting or bookkeeping.
Min. 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
**Language**:
English and French, spoken and written (required)
**Responsibilities**
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping **with mínimal supervision**:
- Accounts Payable/Assistance in Accounts Receivables
- Prepare bi-monthly payroll
- GST/QST and Various Governments payments and installments
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist external accountant to complete corporate year end statements
- General office duties such as filing, answering phone calls
- Various tasks, as required
**Wages**:
