CPA accounting firm searching for an experienced bookkeeper for full time or part time position. The bookkeeper must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online with 1 to 2 years experiences with proadvisor certification. Training for advance level will be provided on site.

Tasks include but not limited to:

- Data recording in QuickBooks on timely basis for numerous small business customers.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Canada Revenue Agency sales tax filing.
- WSIB filing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports accurately and timely.
- Payroll processing on QuickBooks desktop and online and providing source deduction amount to clients.
- Help accountant in personal tax and corporate tax preparation and filing.
- Perform or assist with other services and special projects as needed.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and clients by communicating clearly and professionally.
- Require to work sometime at clients’ place.

Fluency in English and French is an asset.

Degree in bookkeeping or accounting will be an asset.

Pro-advisor certificate in QuickBooks desktop and online will be an asset.
