The Actuarial Associate Program offers an exciting opportunity for graduates and career changers to dive into the actuarial profession at Sun Life. You will have the opportunity to explore diverse positions across multiple departments during your career at Sun Life. This variety allows you to develop a holistic view of Sun Life’s business while engaging in exciting initiatives (e.g. data analytics, predictive modelling).

Functional roles include:

- Product Design and Management
- Financial Reporting and Valuation
- Asset Liability Management
- Capital Management
- Risk Management
- Exam Support_
- Study time, exam fee coverage and study materials
- Salary increases and bonuses related to exam passes

**ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?**

We are looking for the following qualifications:

- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Progressing towards FSA/FCIA designation
- Effective communication skills and results driven
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain good relationships with other teams
- Experience with AXIS and/or VBA an asset

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
