**Description**:
Custom Ice Inc. is a Burlington based business that specializes in the design, manufacturing and installation of refrigerated ice rinks and related products.

We provide solutions for the private residential and commercial markets, from small backyard ice rinks, to full scale indoor arenas. We design and build any ice rink, virtually anywhere, including ice rink/splash pad combinations, small sized training rinks and municipal skating paths.

Our products are enjoyed all over North America.

We are currently recruiting full-time **Installers and Crew Chiefs** to support our growing team.

**Job Summary**

Starting Wages - $25-$45/hr based on education and experience

Full time hours

Field installation of Custom Ice rink chillers, ice rink piping, ice rink floors, hockey boards and glass, pumping skids and related ice rink products. You are a professional, well organized self
- starter able to work on a wide range of activities including pipe fitting, carpentry and concrete work. Ability to operate bobcat or forklift equipment would be an asset. Work location: Various construction sites throughout Canada and USA

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION**:

- Related post-secondary education an asset (College diploma in construction techniques)
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with construction techniques, plumbing carpentry and concrete work would be an asset
- Proven ability to multi-task, with exceptional time management and analytical skills
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Decision making (fast-paced, deadline driven environment, quick thinker that can handle pressure & changing priorities)
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines
- Organized, self-starter, confidence, positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and current driver’s abstract required
- Ability to travel throughout North America for 1-2-week periods

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
