**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term installation schedules.
- Assign and dispatch installation crews based on project needs, skills, and availability.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers (e.g., electricians, inspectors, equipment rentals).
- Track job progress and make necessary adjustments to schedules to meet deadlines.
- Provide scheduling updates to sales, project management, and installation teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for installers regarding work assignments and scheduling changes.
- Keep clients informed about installation timelines, delays, or rescheduling needs.
- Maintain accurate records of job schedules, work orders, and project status updates.
- Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and documentation are in place before scheduling installations.
- Assist in managing service calls and warranty-related scheduling.
- Coordinate with the Health & Safety team to ensure crew readiness and compliance with site safety requirements.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience in installation, construction, or signage industries preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an asset.
