**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Manage scheduling and staff and delegating to team members.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Work well with others and be a team player.
- Previous Pharmacy Retail experience with a large front store is an asset. Working on plannograms, displays, optimizing products to produce sales.
- Working with management to develop a great positive shopping experience for all our patients and customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
