OX Management Inc. is seeking a highly organized and reliable **Site Maintenance Coordinator** to oversee the scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operations of our residential construction support team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks, support field crews, and ensure job sites are running efficiently and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Job Intake & Scheduling**
- Coordinate incoming service requests from builders and site managers
- Create daily and weekly task schedules for the labour team
- Prioritize urgent work and ensure timely completion

**Inventory Management & Delivery**
- Track and manage tools, materials, and safety equipment
- Organize and oversee delivery of supplies to various job sites
- Maintain and organize inventory at the central storage facility

**Team Management**
- Assign tasks and provide daily instructions to the labour crew
- Monitor performance, attendance, and safety compliance
- Act as the key contact between office and on-site team members

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in construction site coordination, logistics, or field operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence (with clean abstract)
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and materials is an asset
