JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Servers. As a server, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for every patron.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, making recommendations as needed and ensuring special requests are accommodated.
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, following established service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and address any concerns or requests.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables, resetting utensils, and replenishing condiments.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages and compliance with health regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (Smart Serve) is preferred but not required.
