We are a market leader in oil and gas processing specializing in facilities design, implementation and operational assistance for natural gas, conventional oil, heavy oil, carbon capture and new energy projects. Summary:
The Piping Design Lead is responsible for driving the coordination and delivery of all piping design deliverables

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate piping design and drafting activities across projects.
- Provide input on schedules, man hour estimates and scope of work documents.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Review drawings and designs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Offer guidance, direction, and training to the design team on standards and procedures.
- Advanced in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Hexagon Cadworx, Hexagon S3D,

Autodesk Plant3D) for generation of 3D piping models.
- Prepare design drawings for various disciplines including but not limited to Process,

Mechanical & Piping.
- Collaborate closely with the Piping Design Supervisor to optimize resource planning.
- Maintain transparent communication regarding task status, design changes, risk

management, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support and contribute to the development of global workshare.
- Lead internal and external 30/60/90 model reviews.
- Coordination of electronic filing system, folder structure and file management.
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with team members and project personnel.

**Key Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong leadership ability to run a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CAD Software (Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Plant 3D, Hexagon Cadworx,

Hexagon S3D).
- In depth knowledge of piping codes and standards such as ASME B31.3.
- Extensive experience in piping design layouts, optimizing cost, efficiency, functionality,

safety and follows industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely to

project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve design issues

effectively.
- Ability to provide effective guidance and mentorship to piping design personnel.
- Strong ability to utilize Navisworks for reviewing 3D models.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Engineering Design and Drafting Diploma (Piping) or Equivalent.
- 10+ years’ of EPCM experience
