**ACCOUNTABILITY**

Accountable to the Copack shift Supervisor

**JOB SUMMARY**

Overall responsibility to assign line positions for each production worker, ensuring all employees are signed in and aware of their line instructions. Read production orders, ensure sufficient and correct production materials are available in the production area, assemble/process packaged items or displays according to Client specifications manual, inspect in-process and finished work, record information on products inspected and promotes a positive team spirit.

**BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work as an individual and in team.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1.** **Be organized: plan the workflow and ensure that team understand and perform their tasks well.**

**2.** **Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans.**

**3.** **Assign tasks and monitor performance for assigned team members ensuring all team members are aware of assembly and fill instructions.**

Monitor, train, and coach team members to succeed and exceed quota expectations.

Ensure sufficient and correct production materials are available for production and request timely replenishment when necessary.

Read production orders and refer to Client specifications manual ensuring accuracy and quality for all builds.

Work alongside teams to assemble or process packaged items or displays to Client specification manual.

Maintain accurate legible paperwork for lot codes, production, and damages.

Inspect in-process and finished work for conformance to quality standards and record information on products inspected.

May be required to operate automated / semi-automated packaging or assembling equipment.

Other duties as required by the position.

**SHIFT TIMINGS**

3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brantford, ON N3S 7R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse distribution: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
