**BKOM Studios is looking for someone to fill a contractual Community Manager - Games position for a minimum of 3 months. As part of the Strategy & UX team, in collaboration with our marketing communication and strategy team, you will be responsible for the community management of two video game projects developed by Bkom Studios for the PC platform (Steam).**
**For a period of 3 months, your role as Community Manager - Games will be to be present in the community that develops around our games and to ensure a presence on different platforms, ensuring constant interaction with players.
**If you have a good understanding of video game community management and experience working in the field, you are the person we are looking for**
- Define, plan and implement social media and community management strategies and campaigns;
- Develop and execute editorial calendars for various platforms including Discord, Reddit, Twitch, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter;
- Build and develop a community around our games;
- Increase our number of followers and interactions with our brands;
- Follow and participate in discussions related to our games on various social platforms;
- Ensure that we respond to players comments and questions;
- Participate in the creation of content for our social media with the support of our production team (texts, images, videos);
- Create and organize online events (live streams, AMA, game sessions with the community, etc.);
- Contribute to, promote and maintain inclusive and respectful exchanges between members of the community;
- Monitor the evolution of performance indicators (KPIs), present weekly reports and suggest improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Full-time contract position (37.5h/week), for a period of 3 months (possibility of extension);
- Be passionate about video games;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a PC and console game community management position;
- Experience in content creation;
- Good knowledge, understanding and experience with Discord, Reddit, Twitch, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter platforms;
- Fluently bilingual, both written and spoken. Comfortable communicating with the community in both French and English;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate creativity;
- Ability to perform in a team environment as well as independently;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where objectives can change and evolve quickly.
