**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the packaging team to ensure timely and accurate product packaging.
- Train and mentor team members on proper packaging techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Operate hand tools and forklifts as needed to assist with packaging processes.
- Monitor production lines for efficiency and quality, making adjustments as necessary to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication regarding inventory levels and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaging equipment, performing basic maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of packaging materials when required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating forklifts safely.
- Familiarity with packaging processes and standards is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.55-$42.70 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
