**System/Network Administrator (3-year term)**

**Alcool NB Liquor / Cannabis NB**

Alcool NB Liquor is embarking on a multi-year business transformation project, including the implementation of Microsoft D365.**About the position**
- We are seeking a
- **System/Network Administrator** for a 3-year term to maintain system and network operations for ANBL and Cannabis NB (corporate head office and 60+ retail locations). Reporting to the Infrastructure Lead, the System/Network Administrator identifies, implements, and troubleshoots solutions to improve network and system reliability and stability, while reducing rework through automation.**Additional responsibilities include**
- Recommending, scheduling, and managing software and hardware upgrades, patches, and configurations
- Managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring system integrity, security, and accessibility
- Supporting the deployment of all LAN and WAN network assets and configurations, including firewalls, routers, load balancers, VPN, and switches
- Participating in negotiations with vendors and contractors to secure software products and services
- Acting as first point of contact for IT requirements and collaborating with internal project team to integrate and stabilize ERP software
- Maintain an inventory of all Configuration Items

**Technical stack**
- Windows servers
- Active Directory account management, Intune, Microsoft 365, SCCM, System Centre, PowerShell, SharePoint, and Azure
- McAfee EPO and Microsoft Defender
- Mobile Device Management and Apple IOS Devices
- Enterprise-grade firewalls, Layer2 and 3 switching and VLANs

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 5+ years in a system/network administration role in a medium, large, or enterprise environment
- Previous experience planning, designing, installing, integrating, administering, and maintaining multi-site office network infrastructure
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and GPO

**It would be fantastic if you also had**
- Experience with retail environment technologies and standards, including PCI/DSS
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified in Azure, servers, and cloud services
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience with business continuity/disaster recovery

**Location**:

- Position is based at the ANBL Retail Operations Centre (ROC) in Fredericton, New Brunswick
