**Duties**
- Maintaining the schedule, phoning and booking recall appointments and outstanding treatment
- Greet patients and check them in for their appointments - check them out after their appointment is completed
- Schedule appointments and ensure an efficient flow to the day
- Follow up care calls for major treatments
- Help maintain accurate records of patient treatment
- Assist in completing billings, pre-approvals, and other insurance questions
- General data entry and correspondence
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Help with the clinical staff if needed to record data
- Assist in Sterilzation area when required (can be trained)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
