**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those dealing with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Document client progress and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in nursing homes, hospice care, or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and meal preparation.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate attitude towards caregiving and a commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in caregiving or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
