**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Package items securely for shipping, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently.
- Organize and manage inventory within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
- Operate order pickers and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and measurement of products.
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to load, unload, package, and handle various types of products efficiently.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is advantageous but not required.
