**Job Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper-Receiver to join our Warehouse team. In this role, you will manage both incoming and outgoing shipments, accurately pick and pack orders, and help maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment. You will also assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper documentation, and operating warehouse equipment. **Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and process orders for timely shipment.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Create shipping bills-of-lading, ensure proper signatures, and complete invoicing paperwork.
- Verify incoming shipments against invoices and inspect for accuracy.
- Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring stock is in correct locations and the warehouse is clean and safe.
- Document and report any damages or deficiencies to the supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Drive the delivery truck for local deliveries as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and personnel.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of order picking, fulfillment, and warehouse distribution processes.
- Experience with basic computer programs (Outlook); familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MRP systems is a plus.
