**Job Summary**:
Liquor Empire is a high-volume liquor store in west Edmonton built on discipline, accountability, and real results. We’re hiring serious individuals who can take full ownership of their shifts — including stocking, cleaning, customer service, and completing all assigned tasks without supervision. No shortcuts, no excuses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete **all daily store duties** without reminders
- Execute **assigned tasks** given directly by management
- Follow the posted **cleaning schedule** every shift
- Stock and face shelves properly (coolers, singles, spirits, etc.)
- Serve customers quickly and professionally
- Keep the store **clean, organized, and presentable** at all times
- Clean during **slow periods**, before peak hours, and after magnetic gates close for night service
- Arrive early, leave only after duties are fully completed
- Use phones only **after** all shift duties and cleaning are complete

**Requirements**:

- Must be **18+** and legally allowed to sell liquor in Alberta
- Must be able to lift up to **40 lbs** and move stock independently
- Must be available for:

- **Night shifts** (Monday to Sunday)
- **Morning shifts** (**Saturday & Sunday only**)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work alone after training
- Must follow instructions exactly and complete tasks without delay
- Must be confident and capable of handling **solo shifts** after training
- **Training period** is up to **2 weeks**, based on performance
- **Probation period is 3 months** - bonuses begin after successful probation
- **Consequences** for underperformance are outlined in the employee handbook and job offer letter

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
