Brantford Kia is looking to hire an experience auto salesperson and teach them how to be a successful Financial Service Manager.
**Position Overview**
Working in our no-haggle sales environment, the F&I Manager makes credit decisions, submits deals to our lenders for approval and helps bridge disconnects in the sales process. With your background in automotive sales or finance, you’ll find the right finance and insurance products for every customer, no matter what their situation.
What a typical day looks like:
- meet with buyers to obtain credit approval
- review needs analysis to see which additional products would benefit the buyer
- generate additional sales and dealership profits, which you would be compensated for.
- complete paperwork, making sure everything is legal and OMVIC compliant
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
