**Job Title**: Outside Sales Executives

**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Location**: Field-Based (GTA Region)

**Job Summary**:
The Outside Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and closing business opportunities for the company’s janitorial services. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, presenting customized cleaning solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals; conduct on-site consultations; deliver persuasive sales presentations; prepare and negotiate service contracts; meet or exceed sales targets; maintain accurate CRM records, and provide progress reports to management.

**Prospective Clients**:
**Qualifications and Competencies**:
2+ years of outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, a proven track record in sales, and a valid driver’s license with local travel availability.

**Compensation**:
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission, travel allowance, health benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
