**The Position**: We are looking for a full-time Aquatics Coordinator with proven leadership skills

**Requirements**:
- **Certifications**: NL pool, WSI, Standard First Aid (current within 2 years), CPR C and AED (current within 1 year), LSI, OFA 1
- **Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s remote location**:
- You agree to get a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search
- Must be experienced in lifeguarding, first aid treatment and instruction of swim lessons and lifesaving programs
- Must maintain excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills; able to handle interactions with a wide range of personality types; strong ability to build relationships with members, guests and coworkers
- Able to effectively prioritize and multi-task responsibilities with a keen attention to detail; able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to remain composed and professional in emergency or stressful situations
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the management of the Aquatic Centre, aquatics programs and staff
- Ensure that all members and guests receive courteous, prompt, and professional attention to their needs; utilize feedback to improve departmental operations and member satisfaction
- Go above and beyond to demonstrate awareness and understanding of Hollyburn’s aim to deliver exceptional service to its members (introduce new programs to meet service needs)
- Develop and oversee all Aquatics and first aid programs
- Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating all lifeguards and swim instructors
- Ensure members and staff receive the best possible first aid treatment
- Liaise with Plant Engineering staff to ensure that the Aquatics Centre facilities and equipment are safe, clean and meets safety requirements
- Communicate and promote all events, programs and schedule changes through Member Services department
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
