**JOB SUMMARY**:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update staff changes within benefit system portal, and maintain excellent record tracking
- Support HR Manager with onboarding process for all new employees
- Coordinate with HR Manager and IT team off boarding of employees
- Assisting with employee relations, help in coordinating events, and
- Assisting in research gathering for new practices or training
- Support HR Manager with training documents, resources and programs
- Coordinate with HR Manager new initiatives within the department
- Preparing letters, memos, presentations, and building new documents
- Data entry of employee information into data bases and HRIS systems
- Maintain office filing of employee records, training data, and services milestones
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of HR Assistant experience or similar role of HR for a professional service industry
- Strong understanding of benefit administration and processes
- A creative thinker who can work independently
- Advance skills in Word, Excel, and good experience with PowerPoint
- Strong skills with InDesign, or video software is an asset
- Must have strong communication skills both written and oral
- Previous experience with HRIS is an asset
**Salary**: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
