**Position Overview**: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing assistance with claims, general inquiries, and information verification. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and French, attention to detail, and the ability to process information efficiently through our online portal. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth within our expanding company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take and verify information from customers and associated companies, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist customers in starting claims for their vehicles, processing their information through our portal.
- Manage multiple inbound calls, providing clear and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and French with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven listening skills, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.
- Enhanced keyboarding skills and the ability to process information quickly and accurately.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
