**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in business administration or other related field (An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Seven or more years of experience managing large-scale, cross-departmental process improvement initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Lean processes and Continuous Improvement processes
- Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic direction of the function
- The ability to inspire others to action while managing diverse stakeholder groups and multiple change initiatives
- Strong ability to lead by demonstrating desired values, behaviors, and work practices
- Able to take the bigger picture and break it down into manageable progressive steps to ensure progress is made on multiple projects
- Ability to set programs, operational goals, and plans in keeping with the strategic direction
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to adapt to suit the audience
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
