Inside Sales Representative

Listowel, Canada Benshaw Canada Controls Inc. Full time

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will:

- Work directly with distributors and customers responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, entering orders and expediting shipments.
- Work closely with the outside sales team, engineering, production, service and other departments within Benshaw to provide appropriate solutions for Benshaw customers.
- Maintain and populate various accounting and customer databases.

You will have:

- Exceptional customer service skills, enhanced by excellent written and verbal communication;
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

The following qualifications would be an asset but are not required:

- An Electrical/Electronic Technician or Technologist Certificate;
- Previous experience working in the electrical industry, including Electricians who are looking for a change of work environment;
- Experience with CRM Software;
