The Serpa Collision Centre is looking to add to our experienced team, an experienced estimator

We are a CCRC (Certified Collision Repair Centre), with FCA as well as with Kia Motors/Hyundai/Genesis/Nissan/ Honda, and we are not stopping there We are on cue to become a CCRC for more brands and look forward to being able to ensure the highest quality work.

Our sister dealership (Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT) is also currently experiencing a very high volume of Service Work for both Client needs as well as internal vehicles and we need YOU in order to keep up with our incredibly high demand in our service department requirements.

We work and are accredited with all insurance companies, including AVIVA, TD, Armada, RSA, Wawanesa, Cooperators, Desjardins and more

We feature cutting-edge technology, up-to-date scan tools, and special tools, and provide you with the opportunity to work with a team that has been working together for many years. Our diagnostic/ various other equipment will provide you with the ability to take on anything and everything

**Responsibilities**:

- Create thorough estimates for client vehicle repairs
- Engage with customers to clearly communicate necessary and recommended repairs
- Coordinate with insurance partners for direct repair services
- Generate necessary reports
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in estimating and appraising
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Demonstrated leadership or management capabilities
- Punctual and flexible
- Professional telephone skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Summit, CDK, insurance companies procedures and processes, DMS, and or Mitchell Estimating or Audatex is an asset.
