Winnipeg, Canada PFM Freight and Distribution Full time

As the Dispatcher / Planner you will be responsible for:

- Providing daily updates to all customers
- Track and Trace all trucks and monitor delivery & pick up ETA's
- Communicate pick up and delivery information to drivers
- Responsible for order entry and dispatch updates in Axxon Dispatch Software
- General understanding of Transportation Hours of Service for Canada and US
- ACE & ACI preparation
- Completing all administrative tasks on time and accurately
- Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a huge asset min 2 to 5 yrs
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Must be independent and able to find information as needed
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,)
- Must be flexible and adaptable to the work requirements

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
