**CareMoss Home HealthCare** is a growing home care provider rooted in compassion, professionalism, and dignity. We support seniors and adults with chronic conditions by offering respectful, 1:1 support in long-term care settings and private homes.

We are currently **urgently hiring PSWs** to join our roster of caring professionals and help meet increasing client demand. Ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income, transition into meaningful work, or explore full-time care opportunities.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide personal care support (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Assist with feeding and mealtime routines
- Offer companionship through conversation, music, or walks
- Support safe transfers and mobility (with facility staff as needed)
- Assist with hygiene and incontinence care, maintaining client dignity
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, errands)
- Provide medication reminders (non-administration)
- Escort clients for short outdoor walks or local outings (if appropriate)
- Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
- Follow all care protocols and organizational guidelines

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Is compassionate, patient, and proactive
- Has excellent communication and observation skills
- Understands how to maintain boundaries and dignity in care
- Brings positive energy and a calm presence
- Has previous experience in caregiving or support roles
- Experience working with individuals in long term care is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
