We are looking for someone to join a very busy local business.. The hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm.

The dispatcher acts a the first point of communication between the company and the customer. We are looking for an organized, outgoing person who can; answer the phones, schedule appointments, process client information, handling sensitive information in a confidential manner, prioritize calls according to urgency. Plumbing and Heating experience is an asset.

Knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise and Smart Service is also an asset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
