We are currently seeking a **Sales & Leasing Consultant** to provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers while being a product specialist advising customers on the right vehicle purchase. As a team player the Sales Consultant strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.

**Job Duties**:

- Work with customers to understand their needs.
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products available services, pricing and key features.
- Build strong relationships with customers to help grow their network.
- Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the customer.
- Perform additional duties assigned.
- Valid OMVIC certification.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- The ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Excellent work ethic and are self-motivating.
- The ability to problem solve and pay high attention to detail.
- The skill and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience with 1-80 software is considered an asset.
- A Great Attitude
