**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Organize and declutter spaces according to client preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working in clients' homes.
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when requested by clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cleaning assignments efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to various client preferences.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
