Our No Limit philosophy attracts a diverse and welcoming group of professionals and makes Crunch an amazing company to work for. **Position Overview**: Join our dynamic team as a Personal Trainer and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals As a key player, you'll engage and educate members on comprehensive fitness programs, delivering an outstanding "WOW" experience for everyone. **Responsibilities**: - Create and deliver personalized fitness programs based on client goals, ensuring progress tracking, follow-up, and ongoing support. - Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff sessions, guiding members through goal setting, nutritional counseling, equipment use, and exercise form. - Inform members about all available fitness tools and programs to optimize goal achievement. - Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques to clients and facility members. - Support member service activities, including fitness seminars, boot camps, and body fat assessments. - Efficiently schedule personal training sessions, appointments, and administrative tasks using company systems. - Meet or exceed company expectations for session service targets, Personal Training revenue, and overall club success. - Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility by re-racking weights, organizing work areas, and assisting with cleaning checklists. - Learn the basics of our business in membership sales, front desk operations & cleaning procedures. **Qualifications**: - Ability to motivate, provide excellent care to club members, and solve problems. - Previous experience as a personal trainer is preferred. - CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire). **Education Requirements**: - High school diploma or GED is required. - Degree is preferred. **Compensation**: Competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $35 per hour + commission **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week **Benefits**: - Company events - Flexible schedule - On-site gym Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay **Experience**: - Personal Training: 1 year (preferred) - Sales: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Personal Training Certification (preferred) Work Location: In person
