Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Hillside Chevrolet is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with customers, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers upon arrival and assist with vehicle check-in
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records and service documents.
- Provide customers with service quotes and updates on vehicle status.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely repairs and service.
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
- Offer excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.

**Qualification**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service role-preferably in the automotive industry
- is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite experience with automotive service software is a plus.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 45 Per Week
