Design Drafter-Critical Environments
- Manage multiple priorities and adjust based on incoming and team workload.
- Coordinate complex designs from conception to manufacturing through design meetings, test orders, and coordination with the manufacturing facility.
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings with an understanding of basic manufacturing processes and principles.
- Utilize hands-on experience or basic understanding of power tools, hand tools, etc.
- Ensure timely completion of drawing packages with high accuracy.
**Qualifications**:
- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma, Drafting Diploma, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or HVAC industry is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset.
- Technically inclined, and energetic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to problem-solve with others in a team environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Effective coordination and communication skills.
